Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it is cancelled before it is processed at our warehouse (which is 24 hours as our team works hard to process orders quickly).

Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however please note that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed. 

P.S: All orders on this website are One-Time. NovaHealth does not offer a subscription for their products at this moment.
